From creating Mexico's most-listened-to podcast to staging a creative intervention at Vienna's Weltmuseum —a happening that drew international media attention and now serves as the subject of his upcoming documentary— Sebastián Arrechedera has built a career at the intersection of branded storytelling and cultural activism.
As the founder of Rainbow Lobster, a creative collective based in Los Angeles and Mexico City, he develops premium narratives for global brands and mass audiences, blending commercial strategy with cultural impact. His work spans award-winning branded content campaigns and purpose-driven productions such as Los Niños del Narco —winner of Best Documentary Podcast at the Spotify Podcast Awards and one of Mexico's top podcasts— and Penitencia, another of the country's most popular shows.
In the early stage of his career, he co-founded Arrechedera Claverol, which became Mexico's largest independent advertising agency, a pioneer in branded content, and the creative force behind iconic brands like Volkswagen, before being acquired by the Japanese group Dentsu.
Beyond his commercial work, Rainbow Lobster gave rise to Rainbow Lobster Activista, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to creating narratives that fight stigmatization, shift perspectives, and drive social transformation. Through this platform, Sebastián has led initiatives such as Not Our Crown, the digital movement Efecto Eco, and collaborations with the NGO Reinserta to amplify the voices of children recruited by organized crime.

Sebastián Tonda is an entrepreneur, investor, and advisor with a distinguished track record in innovation, marketing, and business development across Latin America. He is co-founder and CO-CEO of Igualdad, a venture transforming everyday clothing consumption into investments that advance gender equality. As marketing advisor at Perfekto, he helps reduce food waste by commercializing edible products that would otherwise be discarded.
He has co-founded and led key creative and digital companies, including Flock (now Isobar Mexico), acquired by Dentsu International in 2016, was a partner at LIP Ventures and Moonbow providing venture capital and business development to panregional tech startups. He is an investor in companies such as Zoomd and Clinch, and co-founder and board member of Swarm; Latin America's first digital research agency.
He has also served as ambassador and investor at Singularity University, former CEO of Dentsu Mexico, and former chairman of the Alianza por el valor estratégico de las marcas (AVE). As a speaker, he explores humanity's future in the face of technological change, highlighting the importance of consciousness, purpose, and creativity to tackle today's challenges.



Mercedes Castañeda is a psychologist specializing in child and adolescent psycho-trauma, and co-founder of Reinserta Un Mexicano A.C., a leading Mexican NGO working since 2013 to support children and youths affected by violence and the justice system. Under her leadership, the organization has developed integrated psychosocial and legal models, conducted research on recruitment of minors into organized crime, and influenced public policy. In 2019 she was awarded the "Best Social Project" at the Nobel Prize Summit in Mérida, highlighting her dedication to social transformation, reintegration and the rights of children and adolescents.



Yosu Arangüena is a creative executive with over 20 years of experience in brand strategy, creative leadership, and innovation across Latin America. He is co-founder and Co-CEO of Made Group, the first Mexican creative agency network with operations in Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia, and an upcoming expansion to Europe with Made Lisbon in 2025.
He is recognized for combining strategic vision, creative excellence, and business acumen, earning awards at the world's most prestigious festivals, including Cannes Lions, El Sol, FIAP, D&AD, One Show, London International Awards, and Effie Awards. Under his leadership, Made Group has established a sustainable independent model capable of competing with global network agencies, and has been repeatedly honored by the Círculo Creativo de México.
Previously, he served as Chief Creative Officer at DDB Mexico for over a decade, directing integrated campaigns for national and global brands and positioning the agency as the most awarded of the decade. He has also presided over festivals and juries such as Círculo Creativo, El Sol, and Wave Festival, and participated as a juror at Cannes Lions and other international competitions.
A copywriter at heart, strategist by conviction, and entrepreneur by will, he combines creativity, leadership, and vision while maintaining a deep commitment to family and pride in his Mexican heritage.



Simón Bross is a Mexican director, producer and creative force born February 22, 1960, regarded as one of the leading figures in Latin American advertising, film and television. As an advertising director, he has won the industry's top honors—from the London International Awards to the New York Festivals, FIAP, Círculo de Oro, Clio and Cannes Lions—and is the first Mexican inducted into the FIAP Hall of Fame.
His production company, García Bross & Asociados, has spearheaded local and global production, working with international talent and acclaimed directors. In cinema he has produced and directed feature films like Malos Hábitos, Who the Hell is Juliette? and has served as executive producer on box-office hits such as Nosotros los Nobles. He has also served on juries at major festivals, lectured at his alma mater (Universidad Iberoamericana) and advocates for Mexican and Latin-American creative talent with global standards.



Koren Bertolli is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SonoSim, Inc., a Santa Monica-based medical technology company that develops portable ultrasound training tools for clinicians and learners. In her role, she oversees strategic operations, finance and global growth, helping position SonoSim among the fastest-growing education/med-tech companies in North America. She has also participated in academic forums such as the UCLA Technology Development Group where she discussed the translation of university innovations into commercial products. Her career exemplifies operational leadership, financial acumen and a mission-driven approach to scaling health-technology solutions.

Marcel Rasquin is a Venezuelan director and writer based in Los Angeles. He participated in the Sundance Feature Film Program in 2020, focusing on creating emotional stories set in challenging social environments. His debut feature film, HERMANO, tells the story of two brothers striving for success in a favela through soccer, earning international recognition, including an award at the Moscow International Film Festival.
In addition to his film work, he has directed theatrical productions ranging from classics to experimental works, including a Broadway musical. His career in commercial directing has earned him two Cannes Lions awards. He is currently developing his second feature film, DOGS IN ANTARCTICA, and producing Diego Vicentini's debut film, SIMÓN. Simultaneously, he is working on a true-crime documentary series and a miniseries exploring the Venezuelan cryptocurrency, the Petro.



Prakriti is a Venezuelan actress, playwright, producer, and director, recognized as a Berlinale Talent and TEDx speaker, with a profound fascination for the complexities of the human mind. She has written and published several children's books and poetry collections, and has been an active figure in the Latin American film industry, primarily as an actress and acting coach, working in eight countries across the continent.
She was awarded a scholarship from the Carolina Foundation to study playwriting and theater direction in Spain and also received a grant from the Venezuelan Film Institute to train at the Lee Strasberg Institute in the United States. Throughout her career, she has collaborated on over 40 theater productions across South America, working with nine different theater companies and taking on various roles within the creative process.



Saskia is a psychologist specialized in criminology and criminal policy from INACIPE, with over 17 years of experience in the penitentiary system and crisis management. She is co-founder of Reinserta, a nonprofit organization working to improve security in Mexico by addressing the "Invisible Mexico": its prisons. Her work includes reintegration programs for adolescents in conflict with the law, support for women, girls, and boys born or living in prison, and legal defense for unjustly incarcerated individuals.
She is also the host of the podcasts "Penitencia" and "SASKIA", and serves on the National Observatory for the Prevention of the Recruitment of Children and Adolescents by Organized Crime and the Comprehensive Protection System for Children and Adolescents. She has worked as a True Crime consultant for Gato Grande Productions and as executive producer on the Amazon series "Libre de Reír", as well as a columnist and special guest for El Universal. She is the author of five books.
Saskia is a member of the technical committee of FUNO and leads the #HazElBienXAca initiative, created after Hurricane Otis to deliver humanitarian aid to Guerrero and other affected areas. Her commitment is to transform the penitentiary system and contribute to crime prevention through humanization and empathy.

Partnerships

Reinserta is a leading organization in Mexico that has been working since 2013 to improve the country's security by addressing "Invisible Mexico": its prisons. Co-founded by Saskia Niño de Rivera and Mercedes Castañeda, Reinserta develops social reintegration programs for adolescents in conflict with the law, supports women and children born or living in prison, and provides legal defense for unjustly incarcerated individuals. Igualdad (Equality) is a social enterprise co-founded by Sebastián Tonda and Ana María Marquín that transforms the consumption of basic clothing (t-shirts, hoodies, and sweatpants) into investment to advance gender equality. The brand permanently allocates 20% of its sales to projects focused on balancing gender inequality. Through a direct-to-consumer e-commerce model, Igualdad concentrates purchasing power to support initiatives by civil society organizations working for equity between women and men.


Coffee Among Women is a meeting space for women's empowerment that raises awareness about domestic violence and promotes entrepreneurial projects. Based on the values of sisterhood, personal well-being, and gender equality, it connects women aged 25-60, offering emotional and legal support, mentorship, and training to improve their economic and emotional situation. ILAS (Infancia Libre de Abuso Sexual - Childhood Free from Sexual Abuse) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2021, dedicated to the prevention and eradication of child sexual abuse in Mexico. Co-founded by Dafna Viniegra and led by President Angela Orozco, ILAS provides education and awareness tools for parents, teachers, and caregivers, while offering emotional healing spaces for adult survivors. The organization leads primary prevention initiatives and works to transform the child protection system in Mexico, where 1 in 4 girls suffers sexual abuse.
